Product Details
Inserts come in two types ACM or PVC
ACM
AC is short for Aluminium Composite Panel. This is an extremely rigid product made up of two outer skins of aluminium over a black LDPE (plastic) centre then coated on the outside with a hard wearing surface of Polyester.
Standard Colours are white two sides and black two sides.
ACM is slowly taking over from PVC in this market as dark colours adhered or printed on inserts do not cause bowing.
PVC
The PVC we use is Komadure "D" Print Grade with a 5 Year UV Guarantee.
PVC is a very robust product and will not be affected by most chemicals.
PVC inserts come in white only.

Budget Footpath Signs - Base Only
Product Details
Bases are rotary moulded from Virgin Polymer Polyethylene & can be recycled.
Bases are UV Stabalized.
Bases are Manufactured in Christchurch and Auckland.
Base colours: Yellow, Red, Deep Blue, Black, White, Forest Green & Hazard Orange.
Other colours on request but allow a bit more time.
Base lends itself to adhering graphics.
For quantity runs we can have logos etc embedded into bases as an extra.

Turtle Footpath Signs

Other colours as required (may incur minimums)
Bases have textured surface and special polished indented area for applying graphics.
Bases rotary moulded in Auckland from Virgin UV Polythylene.
Bases can be Recycled
Bases can be filled with water or sand for extra stability
Insert is locked into base with Lock Set. This is screwed through insert from under side of base. This stops insert coming out of base when sign is lifted. Lockset is stainless so will not rust. No tools required.
Inserts: Available in Black or White (Double sided)
All inserts in 4mm ACM (0.3mm skin)
Inserts standard are 900x600mm
Inserts can be supplied shorter to comply with local Council By Laws.
Inserts without handle can be supplied.

Supporter Elite Sign with ACM Insert
Product Details
Can be supplied with or without handle.
Insert is 4mm ACM and can be black or white.
Standard insert panel size is 800x600 but can be supplied 900x600.
The insert is attached at bottom centre and supported on both sides with channels that tighten either side.
Sign comes with wheels and a tab at opposite end that can be used to padlock to lamp post etc or used with optional pole to take sign out and bring back in.
This System allows for SHAPED inserts.

Supporter Base with Twin Acrylic Sheets
Product Details
The clear acrylic panels are UV stabilised and should be periodically cleaned with warm soapy water then
rinsed off with fresh water.
Simply undo the bolt at bottom centre, lift out the frame and insert the posters between the acrylic panels and reinsert.
Panel size 900x600 is designed to fit A1 size posters.
